SMS Terms
Effective date: October 4, 2026
These terms describe the text messages sent by Base316, a product of Thinkfleet AI, LLC.
What we send
Base316 provides sign-in and phone verification pages for software applications. We send text messages for one purpose only: one-time verification codes. A code is sent when you:
- sign in to an application with your phone number;
- verify a phone number you added to your account; or
- use a text message as a second step when signing in.
A typical message reads:
Acme code: 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Do not share it with anyone.
"Acme" is replaced with the name of the application you are signing in to. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and messages do not contain links.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your own phone number on a sign-in or verification page and asking for a code. Each request sends one message. If you do not request a code, you do not receive one.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you request a code.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Once you opt out, you will not be able to receive sign-in codes by text from that number; reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or email aisupport@thinkfleet.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, and the consent given to receive text messages, are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
